| compared to a HD road king how does the TC relate other than a 5K price difference? The only thing holding me back is the tail end on the TC looks chopped off.

| My Brother-in-Law rides a 2003 Road King, I have a 2004 TC. The TC has quite a bit more power and idles much smoother. Ride is comparable, although I think the TC handles much better, and maintenance is far less. I think that the rear end may appear chopped-off to you because of the large size of the saddle-bags and their shape. By the way, the saddle-bags are larger than the Road King's. That said, the Road King is not a bad bike. It's all about what you really want. Check them both out and decide for yourself, but you won't be sorry with the TC. Ride Safe.
