I have a 1977 skidoo olympic 440 some times it runs great other times it runs on one cylinder or sluggish i put 2 new ext coil,plugs,wires and new points,condenser on one side I also have I 1978 skidoo citation 300 when it warms up it get's sluggish.Has 1 new coil,condenser,plugs

Sounds like the Citation has bad crankcase seals. Look for a intermittent short or open in the coil circuit on the Oly. If I had to guess it would be the short ground wire that comes from the coil and goes to the coil mount bolt (blue). Look for a loose female spade terminal on top of the coil. Thats what mine was on both sleds.

you probably have the wrong jets in the carb. get the jets for the altitude your at and it should run better

i have the same problem i replaced pionts condensers some one told me too replace the crank seals cause she could be leaking oil on her points i still have the same problem proble the seals will fix yours please email me if get her fix
