From previous answers it sounds like people are happy with this bike. It is interesting that the low speed problem was not an issue with anonymous and it sounds as though the seat has improved also. However, I have a similar question as the earlier writer. I am fairly tall at 6'2". Are my knees going to hit the fairing when braking? I too have been looking at the ST's for a while, but have never ridden one.

I'm 6'1" and I toured Italy for a month on an ST2. The ergonomics were not a problem, though the square edges of the seat got old fairly quick. On the ST3 the ergos should be about the same and it seems they've improved the seat and the wind protection. I'm considering a yellow ST3 and like the orignal reviewer I'm coming from a BMW R1100RS. The ST2 which I rode in Italy, handled way better than my Beemer.

I'm 5 ft 11 and I don't have any issues with the ST3. I would highly recommend you arrange a test drive to see how it fits you. I find the seat to be very comfortable.

At 5'8" this bike is a bit of a read to the bars for me. After 1500 miles I'm delighted i bought an ST3. Heli Bars has solved my reach problem. At 6'2" this bike may have been sized for you. take a ride, what is there to lose? The ST3 at 107 hp with suspension and braking to match is an incredible bike at a great value in my opinion.

This is a great bike. Take a ride. I suspect you are their target candidate rider at 6'2", because at 5'8" the bike is to big for me and i'm making adjustments. still a great bike.

I'm 5'11" with a 31.5" in seam, and the bike fits very well. Bars are a little lower than I'm use to, but it's generally comfortable.
