| I'm planning on purchasing a new 08 Sportster. Right now it's a toss up between the 1200 Roadster and the 1200 Customer. My biggest concern between the two is the position of the foot controls. I've always had a mid control bike, but road the Custom with the forward controls on a demo ride and liked it. Just wondering about the long haul and control overall.
Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated.

| | to tell u the truth i guess it just depends on what kind of riding your going to be doing... over the road well i tell u my 04 1200c does great with the forward controls.... really comfy.... mid controls are better for cornering and all the other things that make the roadster great.... |
