| | Is the Bayou a good starter bike? Can anyone tell me the pros & cons of this bike compared to Honda, Suzuki, & Yamaha 250's?Thanks |

| | Yes I feel that it is a good starter ATV. Now of course it isn't a 4x4 and don't expect it to get you out of any real bad situations, but I bought one back in February. I have had it everywhere in the woods and on an old reclaimed landfill. Only had one time that I got stuck...I was almost out of a deep mud hole...the front tires were out but the back tires started to spin and my son had to lend a hand..he grabbed the front rack and gave a little pull while I gave a little throttle and out it came. |

| | Bayou has NO re-sale value, get a Recon as a starter, that way when you want to trade it in it will be worth something. |
