I also did the 95", 203s and am in the low 40s. I plan to tune it up with a Race Tuner, I may be able to improve the mileage a bit.

I have a 04 RKC w/ 95 kit and a 204 cam. On long rides I can average anywhere from 42 - 50 MPG. Depends on terrain, speed and how much (weight wise) I package for that particular trip.

I have the 95 kit with 203 cams and my gas milage suffered. I get aroung 35 mpg in the city and around 40-44 mpg on the highway. I do ride pretty hard though.

I too have a 2001 RKC with the 95ci stage II and stage III and I am getting low 30's....probably because I get on it every chance I can! I have been dyno'd at 95hp however.

I have a 2006 street glide W/ 95' 203 cams, I've ran to 196 miles on my 5 gal. tank and I know I was on fumes. My uncles ride ultra classics(same size tank) and there is no fluctuation in mpg. 97hp to the rear wheel, I burn the tire and scrap the floor boards every chance I get!!

I did one on my 99 Ultra with stock cams. Literally no change in mileage; just better performance.
