| | i heard somebody that he drove in cold water and craked the engine block; because as an metal worker it coud be posibile, if you want the metal to loose strenght just take it from hot in cold water |

| it shouldn't be a problem as long as the motor is running, the heat from combustion works to minimize the drop in temperature.
