63 mph comfortably and yes you can shift to 4x4 on the fly.

The vinson is designed for low end torque more than for speed but I have had mine to 58mph with mud lites on it and if everything between your front and rear end are turning the same speed go ahead and shift it. but not above 30 or so as it will get squirly.

But back to the low end torque no body comes close. you can break a shaft quick.

If your vinson can't move it, no other bike can either.
