Hello I was wondering which would be the best bet the ninja 650R or the suzuki SV650. How comfy are they? wind protection? and also how is carrying passengers? I plan on taking a 400 mile trip this summer with a passenger.

both bikes have the power and suspension to carry passengers just fine. as far as comfort, along with any first hand advice people here or elsewhere give you, you should try sitting on and (if possible) riding both bikes to see if one is more comfortable than the other. I've heard from riders that the SV is pretty comfy and doesn't have much vibration, which can be a problem with twins. Unfortunately, my only experience with either bike is limited to riding a friends SV up a driveway to move it, so no actual info on the bike there. Every magazine or online review of either bike has been very positive, and I don't reacall reading anything notably bad about the comfort or ergonomics of either.
