Are there any after market kits that will lower this bike?

None that I am aware of. You could always play around with the dog bone linkages on the bottom of your shock. I have a new Tiger and after a while they settle down and drop about an inch anyway and wet ted up with a full tank o gas they even sit down more. Plus the CO Gravity is very low therefore making it so as your feet are firmly planted on the ground, well before the bike becomes unstable and over balances. They are a great ride. I have had 6 Hinckley Trumpets since 1999 and this one is the best I have had my leg over. I traded an 05 Sprint on the new Tiger. This is a far better machine in my opinion.

I'm seriously considering buying a 2007 Tiger, however, I can only get my tippy toes on the ground (5'7"). I was thinking about a custom seat that would give me an inch or two, so I emailed Corbin. The reply I got said that they are in the process of developing a seat for the Tiger--it should be out in about a month (August)--but when I sent a reply email asking whether this may put me lower to the ground (either by a narrower front or less height in the seat) I didn't get a reply. I'm glad to hear that the bike settles in...I don't need too much more to at least get the balls of my feet down.

You can lower the bike by sliding the frame down the front fork. That was done to my 2002 Tiger; I don't know about the 2007. The problem then is that the kickstand is long, leaving the bike set close to vertical, which makes it tippy on ground that is slightly out of level. The kickstand would need to be cut down.
I bought a Corbin seat and is was so wide that it effectively "raised" the bike, making it difficult to get my feet down. 5'11" 31" inseam. I sent it back to them, they said it could be shaved, but it didn't do much, so I peeled back the cover and cut it down myself- it helped. New boots with thick heels helped, too. Comments I heard later in dealing with them indicated that they knew of this problem and the original guy taking the order should have mentioned it me. Ask if there will be similar problems with the 2007
