How can you do a wheelie on the Grizzly? I have the same ATV, and it is very difficult to get it up...

I accidently wheelie my Grizz all the time climbing steep hills. On flat ground, I never tried. I would think a clutch kit would help a lot?????

Ok...Here's how I do the wheelies. 1. put the griz in 2WD 2. from a complete dead stop, sit slightly back on the seat, give a solid yank on the bars as you hit the throttle hard...Up the front end comes..from there it is just a matter of balance and throttle control. 3. If you go over backwards (As I have done a few times) as soon as you know you are going over, bail out, just slide off the back and onto your butt.. when you are about to go over backwards your but is fairly close to the ground and it usually doesn't hurt.
and with this technique I have neve sustained any damage to my grizz. This is a 600+ lb machine..I suggest getting away from it when ever you are going to crash!! Enjoy and be safe!

instead of a butt drop you can always tap the rear brake this usually balances you right out or worse case you are on all fours again

You want to do wheelie's ? Buy a sport machine, that's what they're made to do.

If u want to ride a wheelie like most people u just seat on the seat and gun it. but if u want to do the best wheelie, stick ur feet on the back of the backrack and like stand up on it just so u can reach the handle bars and then can it but be careful because it will come up fast, just get it in the balancing point and keep it there if it gets to high hit the back brakes and it will come down fast. I can ride a wheelie as far as i want (1/4 mile as long as it is flat.)

ok...you need to be at a dead stop, you also have to stand on the back rack and you go full bore until you can get the front wheels off the ground. then you let off and find the balancing point, and then all you need to do is feather the throttle. keep in mind that you need to have the tire preasure the same, if you dont then you will drift to the side that the tire is low... you can go a lot farther if you keep the machine going slower. if you go over about 30 then you loose power and its a struggle to keep it up, good luck
