| | I'm looking for a lightbar for this bad-ride...has anyone been able to find one? I'm don't know if the lightbar for the 800 Vulcan will be compatible. I'd appreciate any info....thanks. |

| | Well, I own a '00 vulcan 500 and I havent been able to find any light bars for my bike cause I'd like one too. As for the 800 light bar fitting this bike... it just won't work, I check into that as well. One thing I did try was a set of aftermarket automotive lights. I don't know if they drew too many amps or what but after riding with them on for a few miles the battery didn't have enought juice to start the bike after I shut it off. So I don't think the charging system could handle a set of lights even if you could find a bar to fit. |

| A guy in a forum I visit regularly claims to have installed a Vulcan 800 light bar on his Vulcan 500 LTD with no problems. It bolted right on. He does warn that the power draw is "pushing the envelope" thou.
