Besides removing the Rev limiting spacer in the tranny, does anyone know how to give this bike more pep?

You've probably did this, but have you adjusted the thumb screw?

We just got the Z50 this weekend and I had the dealer remove the tranny gizmo before we took it home. It can pull my son around pretty well after I took the screw out. It's not even close to my other son's 07 sportsman 90, but then again I didn't expect it to be.

after removing the spacer on the front drive clutch you can remove the slide from the carb and cut about a quarter inch off the top of it to get full throttle

my neihbors daughter had the reaction of awesome after this
