I am 300 pounds and bulkiy as hell. This would be my first bike but I dont really listen to what others say about not getting it as a beginners bike. I think it fits my size. Also I am not getting it to do high speed I want it cuz of the looks, size, and overall performance, so I wont have to get a new one for a couple years or as long as possible. What do you have to say?

This is definitely NOT the first bike to buy.

I can guarantee a one way trip to hell.

Your weight will make no difference to the 200 hp of the bike as it can take 600lbs.

It won't slow it down one bit.

It has a governor on the first three gears to keep it from going skyward but it will still strike with a vicious kick and snap that front up in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and if you're unlucky 4th.

It is a very unforgiving bike and NOT for beginners.

I would recommend a twin or 500cc bike to begin with.

Look, there's a lot of knobs on here who say that they ride real hard, blah, blah, blah...

Unless you're a pro you won't ever get the most out of just a 600cc bike and neither does anyone else.

These bikes are meant to be driven at 12,000 rpm, otherwise there's really no point.

And at 12,000 rpm in top gear on this bike --- 175 mph + --- which is pure suicide.

If you want to fly at that speed, get a plane.

I would start with a 500 cc bike and learn to get every ounce of HP out of it which will take a couple of years.

Then for a big boy like you move to a vtr1000, a big Honda Twin. Plenty of bottom end torque that you will enjoy.

The Hayabusa is a big, bulky, ultra fast bike that really isn't of much use.
