| Hi there... I am just in the midst of purchasing a 2002 fxd. It is lowered..which works out great as I am 5'4. It is bothering me thought that it has 70,000 km on it. The sales guy at hd said nothing at all to worry about. Am I being stuborn about this?

| | Just remember with that much use it will be needing repairs. It is a motorcycle, not an anvil. As long as you have realistic expectations, go for it! |

| | Well I bought it!! I made sure HD went over everything and talked to the mechanic myself. The previous owner might have put 70,000 on it but took amazing care. I have since only put 1000 k on it but it has been the best 100O I must say. I did love my sporty but am inlove with the superglide!! Plus I did get warrantly just in case...lol. Thanks for your reply...this is a great site. |
