I dont know if any one has posted this before, but im going to tell you how anyways.

On all recent and most older, manual hondas, S and ES, you have to push the red button, pull the brake, shift into reverse...UGH! drove me nuts untill I was taught this. To start your going to need some small 1/4" tubbing, preferably metal, and make it 3/8 to .5" long depending on your model. then cut a slit on ONE side, and open it so it looks like this * C *. now go to your pride and joy. with the machine off, push the red button and squeeze the brake. pull back the rubber boot if you have one, and you should see 2 cables. top one is the brake, bottom is the reverse safty cable, aka "the enemy". anyways put the slit pipe over the lower cable put the boot back and test 'er out!!!

For the people who learn by picture, i posted this awhile ago on atvfrontier, check it out.
