Great choices for a new rider. Pick the one that you feel most comfortable sitting on and looks the best to you, because you really can't go wrong with any of them as a first bike.

The 250 is going to be a little safer because it is lighter and has less power, but the 500's will give you more room to grow as a rider. However, the 250 can still be a great long term bike, and the 500's are not too heavy or powerful for a new rider.

Take the MSF beginner rider class, and pick whichever of these bikes feels and looks the best to you. Quality wise, they should all be good bikes.

This is a very smart list of bikes for a new rider to choose from. Congrats and welcome to the club.
