I'm considering buying this georgeous beast and I have a few questions. First is, are there any ties points on this bike? I was at the dealership and didnt see any. (Maybe I should look under the seat?)

Second, when I sat on the bike my legs felt a bit scrunched. Is there any way to attach after market pegs just a few inches lower? There didnt seem to be anything to anchor them on to. Any suggestions? I like going for 10 - 12 hour rides through the mountains and being scrunched up for that long a period seems like it would be tiresome. I'm 6'2" wiht long legs and that is my only worry.

I'm coming off a cruiser and the seating position is very different. Is it somehthing I'll get used to?

Hey I'm 6'5" and I'm enjoying the comfort of my new ZX 14. It's way better to me compared to a 03 ZZR 600 sports tourer. I cant however tell you that after a 10-12 hour ride on a motorcycle. that's a really long time to be on any two wheeled vehicle!!!

My suggestion is for 12 hour rides stay away from this motorcycle it is not what youre looking for.it has too much buzz in the bars abd the seat is hard as a rock.

Hang on for the concours 14. If you've been folowing the evolution of the zx14, Kawasaki is replacing the old concours with a zx14 version. It should be just the ticket you're looking for.

I have the 07 special edition white ZX14 and love it. I have lowered it, and added a few sexy polished parts on it. It is a very comfy bike. As for ties, thats what a backpack is for lol Just enjoy the ride. I am 5'10" and never get uncomfortable on it but again its unique after coming off a cruiser. The prior bikes for me were ZX7s so its more comfy to me. I also have an 02 Busa and I like my 14 way better

Corbin makes a sweet little bracket that allows you to lower the foot pegs 1.5 inches for $40 bucks I will be getting mine immediaetly. In addition to a softer seat.
