| My stock 2003 Nomad has a +10% speedometer error. Is this common?

| I think not. 10 percent error is too much. Have it checked while still under warantee.

| G.W., GADGETS NOMAD HOME PAGE HAS A SECTION ON INSTALLING A YELLOW BOX THAT WILL CORRECT THE READING. A VERY COMMON PROB WITH MOST BIKES.

| That seems a bit high, but not entirely out of line with other Kawasakis I have owned. My 1986 Concours is about 10% high, and my 1993 Vulcan 1500 is almost as bad. I haven't checked my 2003 Nomad yet, but it seems a bit more realistic than the others.
