My bike was in storage for 80 days. When I attempted to start, the starter ingaged, but the bike would not start. I have not done any diagnostics yet on the problem. What could be the problem?

Have you charged the battery? If not, get an inexpensive charger and try again.

I would almost guarentee that it is the battery. This is a fule injected bike, so you should not be having any carb problems. Only other thing could be if it was stored in a dirty dusty place, your air filter could be clogged up, and the engine would not start because it is not getting any air. If this is the case though, you would hear it try to turn over. So if it trys to turn over, it could be either the battery or air filter, if it does not try to turn over at all, battery.
