| a Steering damper might help u on high speed turns, but there is little else u can do. i mean an rf900 isnt going to handle like a gsxr600, its a really big bike with a lot of power. I have had one for about 6 months, and i love the way it handles, it has a low center of gravity and rides smooth even at high speeds. the damper will help u when u are leaning at high speeds

| | Hey, Cool bike, I have a 96'You are out of luck with the handling, except for a steering dampner, or if you look on Ebay sometimes there is a wrecked gsxr 6 or 750 most of your parts are interchangeable, esp motor parts, as that is the old gsxr1100 motor. You can put the forks on as they are adjustable, sadly ours arent, have you tried the rear suspension, it is 7 way adjustable, if you make it soft it will bit the corners a little better, your tires are great, Hey on the clunk in the tranny.. suggestion. Heavier tranny oil, does work, suzuki tranny are noisy from factory, hope this helps, j |

| My 95 RF900 has nearly 30K on it and handles great. I had GMD Computrack rebuild the front forks and replace the rear shock with a Penske unit. Tires are Dunlop D208s 120/180 F/R. It'll hold its own against anything its size and was ridden to North Carolina and back twice (Superbikes @ VIR). That's how I made mine handle better.
