| I have a 2003 Suzuki QuadSport Z400. I bought the extended warranty 48 months. It was in the shop at the dealers at the beginning of 2004. It had a knocking noise. They had it for over three months. They would try one thing after another and basically rebuilt the motor. Warranty did cover that. Having problems again this year. It is hard to start, transmission problems. I am very dissatisfied with this 4 wheeler. I bought something new that I thought would be problem free for sometime. I am not new to maintenance on vehicles , so this is not carelessness. Is there anything I can do as far as getting satisfaction from the Company itself. Such as the lemon law or another recourse if the lemon law would not apply here. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kevin

| go to www.prepaidlegal.com/hub/michaelgmachin
get a legal plan for as little as $17 per month. they cover things like this. I've used it on speeding tikets, advise and getting my money back when I got screwed on a service. I have the family plan which covers more for $26 per month. You also get your will for free with both plans. I've used them alot for stuff most people wouldn't think of useing an attorney for because it's cheap. |
