| What kind of highway gas mileage does this bike get? Is it comfortable for 2 people on the road? I have a VN750 and am looking for a slightly larger bike for my wife and I. The warp drive feature doesn't bother me too much either...

| if you dont romp on it too much your looking at 30mpg for a zl1000, zl900 will be similar. in order to get a real nice ride for you and your wife, I recomend you get the seat re-worked. I did and it was much better with the saddle scooped a little more.

| Brian - I have a ZL900, and it gets decent gas mileage on the highway - I ride pretty hard, and I get around 30-32 mpg. The seat sucked, so I got it overhauled at a upholster's shop. He added a full 1-inch of foam to the main saddle, and 2-inches to the pillion seat. Much better ride! If you need to know anything else, let me know!
