My quad says FAIL everytime we ride it. I replaced the battery and it still says FAIL. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

need a new Voltage regulator the dealer should replace and the will relocate it back by the battery cause it gets to hot up front.

replaced one battery and a year later had your problem..voltage regulator just went out on mine and the wiring harness had to be replaced as well, I was getting the FAIL msg......sorry

Your voltage regulator is shot and is overcharging your battery.This will cook the new battery.
