I'm would like to purchase this Honda. It was originally sold in Oklahoma and I'm in California. What work and at what price to comply with California emissions? Do I need to comply to register the bike?

Unless the bike has 7500 miles on it, you're out of luck. The state of California, in all it's wisdom, will allow you to bring in, and register, any high-mileage, polluting, piece of crap bike that you want, but don't even think about bringing a new, or newer, bike into the state. You will NOT be able to register it. Basically, it comes down to money. Buy a new bike in California and they make a killing on the sales tax and license. DMV will try to convince you that it's a smog thing, but don't believe it for a minute. It's about the money! I'm a state employee, so I know that you always have to follow the money trail to get to the truth. Good luck on your search!
