| | Are the 06's faster than the 05's? Also is the electric start slower than the kick start? |

| The are about the same. The weight difference is minimal. Same engine though I believe the timing is a 'bit' retarded on the electric to compensate for the electric start feature. Putting it this way - if a pro rider like Tim Farr rode both he'd be equally as fast

| its up to u i beat a trx on a raptor 700 and i beat a 70 on a trx so you just have to know how to race em and they are both good.I got on a stock trx and smoked a yfz450 with a cam mod,gytr pipe mod quad jets wolf and wokf cdi im noat one of those little computer nerds that lies to make friends i am awesome at racing but the trxs are good bikes and are way more reliable than a yfz 450 illl telll you that much.

| | Not True, maxxis 12 hour test proves you guys wrong! The honda is a great bike but still has many more problems than the other bikes i.e.more recalls!,breakdowns,and overheating problems,tie rods bad, feul linkage bad,ect,ect sorry have ridden all of em the honda has amazing torque,yfz has great ridability and top end, ltr is a great mxer,all great bikes but hondas are behind. maxxis 12 hour test look it up youll see for your selves. just my 2 cents |
