| So far I've gotten mine up to 109mph on a short stretch of railroad grade. My friend with a GT (same engine) had his up to 116mph.

| | Top speeds really cant be judged by any speedometer as most motorcyle manufacturers claim up to an 11% speedometer error. I had a Yamaha FZ1 that the speedo said I was running 175 MPH but in reality I believe I was doing closer to 155-160, true performance test always prove these errors. My guess would be the sled can probably hit 115-120 legitamatly |

| top speed on Radar and on Gps is between 105 and 108, the speedometer said 117 to 120, but this is incorrect, If you dont believe me then try it for your self, reset all you odometers and I bet you after 100 miles all the yamaha's will will read around 112 and the cat's and polaris will be real close to 100, that is how i found out our speedo was off, then tested on GPS and Radar to confirm. We recently spoke with a yamaha Rep and he said they are aware that they have "Happy" speedometers. I believe the latest issue of american snowmobiler had an acrticle with about the same results that I had. Still a great sled with crushing acceleration!
