| Haha thats a good one.VERY quick. work with the primary clutch to make it engage at 2700-3000 rpms.It gives more torque and top speed.Use platinum sparkplugs.Make sure intake is free flowing.
Main horsepower gain would be the exhaust. You can use the original silencer if you cut open the box and drill alot fo wholes in the 2 pipes inside of it.You can cut them out for better performance. The engine really isnt that loud at all.and your best bet to save profits to not buy a performance exhaust.
Use legend ZX2-R snowmobile oil.I ran a 1988 ski-doo escapde up to 8,000 miles on original engine with that oil.trusted stuff
FUEL is a big issue.you dont have to buy racing fuel...just keep fuel octane at 93+ and put some capfuls of oil in the fuel.
THis is the low budget way to make a 440 go fast.haha and enjoyable as well.you can learn alot doing performance jobs yourself and learn to keep your wallet green.ENJOY!
