| Hi. I am a new rider and looking for my first ride. I am moving to a very heavy driving city and will be doing a lot of highway driving. I can't decide between the Burgman 400 or 650. Which one is the best bet for me. I need lots of power and speed considering i am also a big guy (6'1" and 220 pds) Plus i prob. will be riding my girlfriend with me all over the place. Please help I am buying within 3 weeks.

| | I am 240 lbs. and my wife is 145lbs, we have a Burgman 400. I think it does very very well. I have easily driven it around with both of us on it and have had no problems getting to 75 to 80 miles an hour with us both on it and had no problems maintaining highway speeds. I am going to check into the larger windshield. |

| between the two its just which one you like better they both have lots of power and speed i am (5'9" and 210 pds) and my GF is (5'7" and 250 pds)don't tell her i said that and my 03 burgman 400 has been great in heavey citi trafick and in the county side too
