| | Why would you buy a big ruckus versus a reflex or helix? |

| Abuse, pure and simple. The Big Ruckus can handle being dropped, scraped against trees, beat down gravel roads (and across pastures and powerline easements). I can pack a tent, sleeping bag, tools, camping and fishing gear, emergency road kits, rain gear and just about anything on it and simply don't worry about scratching it (hello, touch-up paint) or irreparably damaging it.
Don't get me wrong, the Reflex and Helix are awesome scoots for the urban rider. But if you're out in the sticks the BR is the way to go. Or if you simply want a reliable, fuel miser that'll turn heads.
Best thing to do is to ride 'em all and think about your main reasons for wanting a scooter.
Usually the scoots will answer for you.

| Everything HiTech said- and more.
I owned a Reflex- the BR is more versatile, more stable, better balanced, and just a whole lot 'tougher' than a Reflex will ever be. You aren't looking 15 foot in front of the scoot for every spec of gravel or bump in the road- the BR can handle it. Keep in mind, I actually loved my Reflex, too, so this is high praise! |
