| I just bought my Ruckus today (what fun!) and I noticed what looks like places to clip certain items to the underside of the seat. Does anyone know what this is for? Are there tool kits or something made for this? (Aside from the little screwdriver that comes with the bike).

| I just huneted down the answer to this. Turns out that Honda make a U-Lock to clip under the seat when not in use, but it is only available in Japan. Wish they made more of these accessories available stateside!

| No tool kits, the plastic under the seat is for a U lock.
