| | Can this bike be ridden by a small woman or is it too much to handle? |

| YES, I'm 5' 3" and I sat on one in the showroom. Has very low seat height and the weight is distributed very well. No $$ now for one but will be in the Spring for me.

| My wife is 5'1". She and I both have one. She has dropped mine and hers both. It is the shortest on the market according to specs.

| | It can be very easily handled by any short or small person, except when carrying a heavy or taller passenger........then the center of gravity is too high and the bike can be very hard to balance at slow speeds. |

| | I am 5'2, with my riding boots on, I am almost flat foot. Ok, but not great. I am going to have my seat reworked (the bikes, not mine) by an upholstery shop. Take out some foam, and add a layer of gel. This will reduce seat height and still be very comfortable for the long haul |

| I don't see a problem with a small woman handling the Burgman scooter. I ride my Burgman 400 with no problems. I, too was worried about the height of the seat for me, but have not found it to be a problem. I'm 5'3 ~ 5'4"...it's what your comfortable with...I find this scooter very easy to balance when you come to a stop...happy riding!
