| What exactly is meant by a two up seat? also everyone says its gets terrific gas milage, but even those at the factory don't or won't give the answer to both of these questions.

| A two-up seat means you can sit two people on it. As for gas mileage, that'll vary widely depending on how you drive. Off the top of my head I'd guess at around 50 mpg.

| I concur, although I believe the gas mileage will be much higher. The older yamaha scooters made more than 60 mpg. I am guessing a minimum of 62mpg.
