I think it has something to do with the engine braking motor. I can not reset it by disconnecting the battery or with the belt reset procedure. It will reset for a little while after I turn the key off but then it starts up again. Any answers out there? Pull the fuse out of the engine brake control, twist it a little and reinstall it. To make a tighter fit. It fixed mine.
